The 2023 nightly rates for Beechwood Cottage in Ligonier start at $179/ night. All weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) plus Sunday on any holiday weekends start at $209 / night. All rates are plus tax; a total of 11% as required by local and state government. (6% is the PA Sales Tax and a 5% Westmoreland County Lodging Tax.)
Weekly rentals are at standard rates, plus tax & cleaning. The cleaning charge is $59 per stay. A 2 night minimum applies to all rentals and a 3 night minimum is required for holidays (New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Ft. Ligonier Days, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:30 a.m.
- The maximum number of guests is limited to six people of any age (including children)
- The cottage is non-smoking
- No pets are allowed
- The minimum rental is two nights
